SMS Program Description and Messaging Use Cases
ZEI GEZUNT HEALTHCARE PA d/b/a GitelCare operates a text messaging program for patients and prospective patients who provide express written consent. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from ZEI GEZUNT HEALTHCARE PA d/b/a GitelCare.
Messages sent under this program include appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to enquiries you have submitted, care coordination and practice information. Where you separately consent, we may also send occasional news, updates and offers.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received in accordance with your plan. GitelCare does not charge you for the messages themselves.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further texts from that program. You may rejoin at any time by opting in again.
